Terms and conditions
The project will be outdoor based this year, rain or shine.
Please come prepared in appropriate clothing. There will be no access to indoors other than to use the toilets.
The service is free to use by children, young people and families.
It is a play project not a childcare service.
Participants must be registered to attend.
If your child cannot attend a pre-booked session, please notify us asap.
Allocation of sessions at the Summer of Play will be notified to main carer in advance of the session.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for free. You must specify any dietary requirements or needs.
Unless stated children will not be permitted to leave the premises without an appropriate adult.
Activities may be altered at short notice.
Parents can be asked to support their child/ren within the session, if they are unsettled and need increased support.
It is imperative to share information relating to your child that may be helpful to support positive engagement within the session.
You child’s safety and wellbeing is paramount to us. Information provided will be shared with appropriate agencies if necessary.
Anonymised data information will be collected and shared with our funders and Partners; Lambeth Council, The Childhood Trust, Mayors Fund for London, LEAP, Play London, Cycling UK
