Our Holiday Play Projects gives children from 0-13 yrs and their families free learning, leisure and play activities through the summer holidays, along with delicious home cooked meals

We have devised a Holiday programme based upon the lastest government guidance (21/10/2020)

Holiday Play Registration

Places are limited to 15 per session.

Registration is from 21st October – 22nd October 2020

Summer registration form must be completed.

Bookings will be confirmed from Friday 23rd October 2020. There will no drop / walk in places available this summer.

HPP 0 - 7 yrs

One O’clock Club (OOCC)

Children and infants 0 – 7 yrs
Parents must attend the sessions with their children
Older children 5-7 yrs within the OOCC will be encouraged and supported to participate in the APG activities whilst parents are onsite.

HPP 8 - 13 yrs

Adventure Playground (APG)

For children and young people 8 – 13 yrs.
Children can access the service without a guardian, staff may request a guardian is required to support a child settle into the environment.
Parents of children 8 – 10 yrs must be collected by a named carer by 3.30pm unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance by the main carer with the manager

Terms and conditions

The project will be outdoor based this year, rain or shine.

Please come prepared in appropriate clothing. There will be no access to indoors other than to use the toilets.

The service is free to use by children, young people and families.

It is a play project not a childcare service.

Participants must be registered to attend.

If your child cannot attend a pre-booked session, please notify us asap.

Allocation of sessions at the Summer of Play will be notified to main carer in advance of the session.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided for free. You must specify any dietary requirements or needs.

Unless stated children will not be permitted to leave the premises without an appropriate adult.

Activities may be altered at short notice.

Parents can be asked to support their child/ren within the session, if they are unsettled and need increased support.

It is imperative to share information relating to your child that may be helpful to support positive engagement within the session.

You child’s safety and wellbeing is paramount to us. Information provided will be shared with appropriate agencies if necessary.
